What size are the keytags?
The standard size is approximately 54mm x 29mm, 0.76mm durable PVC, with rounded corners and a pre-punched keyring hole. Custom sizes can be discussed.

What is included in the quote?
Every quote includes full-colour printing, a digital artwork proof, GST and delivery anywhere in Australia. Barcode setup, variable data, matching cards and specialty finishes are itemised for your requirements.
What's the difference between numbering and barcoding?
Numbering prints a sequential number on each keytag (for example 0001 to 1000). Barcoding adds a scannable barcode, usually with the number printed underneath. You can have either one or both.
What do you need from us to set up barcodes or numbers?
Just the starting number and the quantity, or a spreadsheet of your own codes. If you're reordering, we can continue from your last number.
How long do keytags take?
Once your proof is approved and payment is received, production takes about 2 to 3 weeks. Express production is available on orders of 1,000 or more, taking about 7 business days at extra cost. When the order ships, we email you the tracking details.
Can keytags have barcodes, QR codes or numbers?
Yes. We can add barcodes (Code 39/128), QR codes and sequential numbering for front-desk scanning and check-ins.
What artwork do you need?
Supply your design at 54mm x 29mm with 3mm bleed on all edges (60mm x 35mm in total). It should be a CMYK, high-resolution (300dpi) PDF with fonts outlined or converted to curves.
Do you do RFID keytags for gym or door access?
Yes. Keytags can have embedded RFID chips (for example EM4100/EM4200 125kHz) for turnstiles, door entry and gym management systems. Tell us what system you use.
Can I get samples to check they work with our system?
Yes. We'll post you sample keytags and RFID tags so you can check they're compatible and see the quality first.
When we reorder, can the numbering continue from last time?
Yes. We keep a record of your numbers and artwork and carry on from where your last order finished.
Do you supply split rings?
Yes. Split rings can be added to your order.
Can I get a card and matching keytags together?
Yes. We make combo cards: a full-size card with pop-out mini keytags, each with the same barcode or QR code.
Do you let us know when keytags are dispatched?
Yes. When the order ships, we email you the tracking details.
